Let’s continue thinking about James teaching us about trials. We’ll look at another part of the trial that has shown up at our house and stolen our peace and left us with pain. What James teaches us today is that with every trial also comes temptation. Just as we can expect trials, we can also expect temptation. Just as Jesus was tempted, we too will be tempted.
