6/16/24

6/16/24 - Joy is not diminished in time of trial but grows after we have grieved.

What happens in our life is joy comes and goes. Things in life take away our peace and joy. There are times when things happen that bring us great joy and there are times when things happen that bring us great sorrow. One constant joy is our salvation. It never changes, it is not in danger of being taken away. No matter what brings us grief we can always rejoice in our salvation.

No matter what happens in life, we will be kept by his power. This is the result, we rejoice with joy inexpressible, and filled with glory, trials do not diminish our joy in God, they increase our joy and delight in him.
